We purchased gas at Petro on the corner of Bradfordville Road and Bull Headly Road. Our Yukon is shaking, sputtering, and missing.. Don't buy gas at this station. The sales representative who sold us the packet was really good at convincing us to buy into the time share to the point that we signed the contract under duress. Ever since we have had the time share(4 yrs), we have only been able to use it once because there is no availibility, it is always booked. My vehicle broke down at 07:30 on 15/09/2008. I phoned Tata who is 6 km away from where it broke down. They only arrived 8 hours later to tow it.It is still under guarantee and they charged me R450 for towing charges, contrary to the guarantee. When Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace they never told me that it needed someone else to "set it up". The furnace NEVER worked properly. I kep calling and each time they sent someone who made the problem worse. TWICE they spilled fuel on the basement floor and inside the furnace, sending fumes into my home. We stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 202 during a three-day holiday. While the staff was friendly and professional, we did experience some trouble. Ours was a non-smoking room, yet the hallway was heavy with the smell of smoke. I purchased a couch and loveseat set from Nationwide Warehouse a few years back. I called to see when I could pick my couch up and nobody seems to know anything about it. Creative Cabling is a ripoff! They did the install of my phone system couple months ago and when my phone line was down from Hurricane Ike, they came out to test the line. They said the problem was AT&T and left after 10 minutes of work. I was consequently billed for $150, a full hr of labor + trip charge, for just testing the phone line and telling me it's not their fault. I bought a service washing machine out of the Littlewoods catalogue on credit, it was on a buy now pay September deal. We received the machine in November 2007. In August of 07 I purchased and 10x10 ShelterLogic canopy through Northern Tool Co. I have used the canopy 9 times in the past year. The last time I used it I noted a corner strut had broken completely and one of the corner assemblies is badly cracked. Both Northern Tool and ShelterLogic have told me there is nothing they can/will do becuase the product has only a 1 year warranty. I have written to ShelterLogic asking that the frame be replaced as it is practically unusable and the damage has to be from defective construction or materials. Hurricane Gustav knocked down such a giant tree in my back yard that a bobcat was needed to remove it. The bobcat tore up the lawn and left depressions in the soil that contain standing water days after a rain. The standing water allows mosquitoes to breed by the thousands. I ordered the free business cards from Vista Print on a credit card. I did not object to the processing fees. However, they automatically enrolled me in Vista Print rewards and charged me 17.95 a month, without my knowledge or consent. I did not see this listed anywhere on the site or in any paperwork I received with the cards, and I did check. I did not discover these charges until about a year later.
