The owner of this company is a fella called Edmund. He cahrged me $1800 for a site. I paid him $1600 with a $200 balance. I asked him to correct some of the errors in the site and he is yet to do it. I purchased a piano and was told I would receive a $3, 000.00 rebate in three years if I followed correct procedures and kept proper records. I did this. Mover was 3 days late, damaged several items, I also had to help unload due to the mover not showing up with any help. AIS Dependable Movers has not been helpful in any way other than taking your money. Once that is done you are on your own. I had two young girls come to my door selling magazines to earn points for a trip to Europe, they were very very pushy but it seemed they were honest at the time. I went ahead and made an order for one magazine and when I was going to write the check they pleaded with me to pay with cash! I don't know where to start. In 2005, our dear Spot chihuahua had an ACL surgery on her left hind leg which we paid $1500, then an additional $200 for "rechecks." Not only was the timex heart monitor user unfriendly it was a piece of crap. I called the Company the next day and reordered a Polar which was $40 more than the Timex yet the company charges freight $10 and a 15% restocking fee on all returns. To boot you have to pay shipping to send it back. Basically, at this point you have spent almost half of the original price of something you don't even have. This company is all smoke and mirrors. They tell you they will put you up in the "top" of Google & Yahoo for the "best" search terms and that you are going to get all this trafic to your site. Half of these reviews don't even make sense, i have leafguard and its not something that you order and that comes in... it is made at your house they have a truck that has a machine on it that makes the gutters the same length as your house... also they are made out of aluminum if you try to lift the top up it doesn't break if anything it would bend. I have purchased a Thermasol Steambath. It is a Steam generator designed specifically for acrylic and tile steam rooms. Thermasol tells you that it must be installed in a "steam rated" steamroom which mine was. I actually ordered a Maax brand steam room after speaking with a Thermasol representative because Maax at the time was purchasing Thermosol's steam generators for their acrylic steam room systems. Even though new frames and lenses had not been ordered by the store, and I canceled the request the next business morning I was told that they never refund money; it was theirs to keep (per manager). Though countless messages were left for the franchise owner, and a faxed letter was sent politely requesting my money not be held hostage, no one has replied.
