We have a new $4000 refridgerator from Viking that was already here when we bought this new home. My wife is a kitchen designer and those in the know never recommend this brand. The word in the industry is that they spend all their money on marketing and little on R and D. Well I order the trail bottle of the cleanse. I paid $5.99 shipping and handling. About a 2 weeks later I saw that they charged me $88 for two other bottles that they shipped to me without letting me know. I then went to cancel my account with them. When you order the trail bottle you have 20 days to cancel before they send you the two bottles, but I cancelled on the 20th day and I was still charged. 9 years ago i bought an expensive vacuum from rainbow. When i was buying it i was told that the guarantee is almost life. It started working badly recently and when i went to the business to find out whats wrong they asked me to pay $650 to get it fixed because the motor broken. I said that i don't have that kind of money. I come home and the owner calls me cursing at me, calling me names and telling me she is going to throw out my vacuum. I worked for knight for 2 years. In august they kept me out for 6 weeks. Right before labor day I got back to my terminal in Carlisle, PA. That was the wednesday before labor day. I'm a person that's not allergic to any type of food or ingredients. However, two days ago I poured a bowl of the new Total Cranb. Crunch cereal and ate it. Less than 2 hrs. later, I began sever itching, which has progressed into hives, welts, rashes, itching, etc. The only factor outside of my normal routine was the cereal. I tried to return an item that was packaged in a way that it had to be torn open and couldn't be repackaged. It was the workings of a clock that I needed to try and see if it would fit. It didn't. They wouldn't take it back because I had opened it. I had my receipt in hand. Since then I have contacted Michael's by email and all I get are form replies. They tell me that I can return an item in original condition. Now, how can you do that if you have to tear open a package to try an item out?? Now they don't even respond to my emails. Do not do busines with this company. 1st - I did not get a confirmation e-mail of my order. I tried to cancel - but I could not find contact infomation until it was to late. I received the product - but at that time I did not want it and this company would not let me return it for a FULL refund. I was in the Target in Mesquite trying on clothes and the security guard that was working at that time kept coming back to the fitting room and just standing there. I added $25 on 10/06/2008 to phone 304-272-6914. Two calls were made, one on 10/06/2008, which was disconnected before the end of the 15 minutes usually allowed. The second one was made on 10/07/2008 with and only lasted about 7 minutes when it was disconnected. No other calls went through, yet the balance of $21 fell to $11 without any service being used. of $1.95 and later charged $39.85 to my credit card which I did not authorize.
Then again they charged my card with $129.85. I called to dispute these charges.

They expect you the owner of the ATV to figure out what is wrong. if you have a problem with the ATV and send in the part and they will replace it. That is a joke. There is a consistent pattern of the price that is scanned at the register being higher than the posted price on the shelf. Another problem at this store is the attitude of most of the checkers. They are very rude and even insolent at times. Waiting on the customer seems to be a bother to most of them.
