DO NOT USE C. Johnson Paving from Lincoln, R.I. After 2 years my driveway started to crack and sink. They say they will come out to look at it then never show up. After six weeks of this they will not return calls. They would not respond to District Attorney calls. We tried to go to mediation but they did not respond. They are nothing but crooks that do not give you what you pay for. They do the job skimping on materials, not properly preparing the ground, take your money then disappear. Mindleaders and their president Paul MacCartney are scammers. They were very nice at the beginning, talking on the phone, sending sales material, and giving you special offers. The owner, Mitch McGraw, makes lots of promises but some will be unkept. His fish processer did a terrible job of getting our fish packaging done properly. He shorted us some of our catch which Mitch said he would correct but never did despite several promises to do so. The vaccuum seals on about 1/3 of the halibut filets didn't hold. DON'T BUY VINOTEMP WINE REFRIGERATORS AND DON'T BUY FROM BEVERAGEFACTORY.COM. I bought a Vinotemp from Beveragefactory.com and the LED went out within the first 90 days. They did replace the unit. Within 30 days, the LED on the second unit went out as well as the cooling element. I contacted Vinotemp and they indicated that only the 1st unit had a 90 day warranty. I have Brinks Security. When I purchased their plan I also purchased the insurance to cover problems with the system. I recently went through Hurricane Ike. when I finally regained power, I noticed the alarm was not working. I called Brinks only to be told that the insurance I have been paying for every month for 3 years doesn't cover disaster and that I would have to pay $20 for every 15 minutes the technician was at my house. www.justbicycles.com shipped me the wrong bike, refused to provide me any form of receipt for my purchase. If I return a $154.95 bicycle, it will cost me $40 to have had them ship me the wrong bike, $40 cost for me to ship it back, and then a 20% "restocking fee". So I would have been out of pocket $110.99 for a bicycle I did not order. Numerous emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. By far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had online. I have just recently moved from Toronto to Barrie. Prior to my move I was checking out all the opinion boards online and noticed that most moving companies had bad comments against them, I wasn't to sure who to go with so I started asking friends. One of my co-workers suggested Two Small Men as he had used them a few months before and had a good experience. I decided to book with them. When it broke, they told me they had to send it back to Acer, when I called Acer two weeks later they had no idea what I was talking about. Turns out it was shipped to Staples Customer Service. I am searching for other consumers with my same complaint. Yellow Book got me to do ads with them and told me I could cancel prior to the ads running. He did rough drafts, I gave him a downpayment. Then when I tried to cancel, he wouldn't let me. Then I was told I would get final proofs prior to the ads ever running and never received them. It is now 4 months and they haven't sent a dime. They keep collecting fee from the customer for the whole entire job, But wouldn't send the service providers the cut of the proceeds. I did purchase the new Kirby and they left with the extra shampoo they promised and did not ever send me the years supply of vacuum cleaner bags.
