Bought and installed the product. Didn't work when I loaded my company files. Requested support through the web site, per instructions in the box. Spent 2 hours on the phone with people from India over 3 days. During the first call, they told me they would not help because I bought the product at Costco. I purchased .75 inch circle labels from sheet-labels.com. The labels were completely cut wrong on the sheet, they were not set up correctly and the columns were off, the margins were off. They are crooked from top to bottom which made it impossible to print. They also advertised lay flat guess what NOT LAY FLAT. I contacted the company and NO RESPONSE. I am really disgusted, I print thousands of sheets of labels and this company has the worst product I have ever encountered. After owning the GE model GXSV65F Water Filtration System for a couple years, I attempted to fix the dripping faucet. As with most anything, I don't have a problem understanding that things wear out over time and are in need of replacement parts. What I DO have a problem with though, is when the manufacturer (GE in this case) tells me that there are NO such replacement parts for that unit, and the only thing I can do to remedy the problem is to purchase a whole new faucet to the tune of $58.00. Seeking a tourist visa I had yet another racist and repelling encounter at the from the German Consulate in Los Angeles. The tone of the workers at the consulate was harsh and condescending. On 7/29/08, Mr. Boyer the owner sent a hateful young worker who left everything dirty with tar on the floor. With his tarred hands, he left his marks on the new plumbing fixtures, two bathroom doors, and toilet cover. He deliberately scraped the new shower head neck (chrome pipe). He dented the bathroom doors and peeled off the paint from one of the doors while trying to remove the tar. I called Mr. Boyer the next day after I cleaned the entire bathroom and noticed all the damage. I have been billed for months colse to a year by a place called I marketing leader. I Signed up for a newsletter with them for $1 They never sent one at all. However the name I signed up for the newletter was not with is not the name that is on my CC Statement, so not being able to reach either, I didn't put the 2 together. So I have received absolutely nothing, for which I spent $1 for a newsletter and they have been charging for almost a year between 35 & 38 Dollars each and every month.
