I went to a Fedex Kino's location to scan 2 documents. Had the worst experience of my life and came back seething. Here is the list of things that went wrong: 1. My husband and I purchased a Dencor Energy Management System for our new home in November 2005. We were told by the installer that by using this system, we should see monthly energy savings of between 30-40%. We have yet to see one penny of savings with this system since it was installed. Long story short, Suntek Pools and Spas installed my in-ground swimming pool with complete disregard for the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and the National Electric Code (NEC). In other words, they installed the pool too close to overhead power lines. I am now potentially facing an additional $10, 000 to rectify the situation (i.e., move the pool (!) or raise the power lines). Suntek loves to project blame elsewhere (i.e., the town, the electrical inspector, and even the power company) and refuses to step up to the plate and admit they screwed up. I place and order for a voltage converter at 11 pm at night, the next morning when they opened I call three times to cancel the order and get no one on the phone so I leave a message to call me about an order I want to cancel. Two days later I get the package and they refuse to reimburse my card for the full mount plus I have to pay to have it shipped back. They drop the ball and then it's my problem.
