This is a formal complaint against Cell C Service provider for an agreement we entered into in September 2007. The contract was for 24 months and in beginning of the year (January/February 2008) I requested a migration from Casual Chat 100 to Business 1000 which was granted subject to provision that my account was up to date. I and a friend went intokmart. We had five items. We went intothe least amount of customers in a cashier lane. Remind you it was one customer ahead of us. ILD was charging my AT&T bill 14.95 per month for 20 months without my knopwledge. They claim my wife ordered this 800 voicemailbox service on "useful.com". She never did. If you go to the useful.com website you will see it would have been impossible- it's a dummy site full of google search names. She ordered a ringtone once from a company. Found a charge of $12.95 on my AT&T phone bill for the last 2 months. AT&T immediately gave credit. Called One Backup who immediately volunteered credit after I asked them what there service was. They claimed another resident of my city had signed up for the service and had inadvertently given them my phone number (yeah sure). They claimed to give me credit for three months as this month biss had just been mailed and canceled future bills to me. We will see how this works out. WCI designed for me a website and sold me a traffic package which produced absolutely nothing. It was all a scam, just like the other reports on this website attest to. I ordered an HP Color Laserjet 3600 printer from NextWarehouse.com. I got it and it didn't work the way it was supposed to. They directed me to HP's tech help. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and have never received them. Only an email stating the order is being processed, but no other information. Not even the invoice ID number. The phone numbers are no help. One number says the mailbox is full. I have sent countless emails. Not one response. My credit card has alredy been charged. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I plan to contact the California Consumer Fraud department to file a complaint. I think this e-retailer should be investigated. Purchased a rebuilt Mercruiser 454 Marine engine with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty.The engine failed after 6 hours of use due to salt water intrusion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Appalling customer service!! I purchased a bassinet from this company through Amazon earlier this year and it was recalled by the government in August due to infant deaths. The manufacturer of the product is no longer in business so the government called on those who sold the product to refund consumers. We experienced malfunctioning A/C in a Hawaiian home rented from Luxury Retreats. As an adjustment, we requested compensation but were only given a 5% discount on future rentals. When we indicated this was inadequate and requested a 5% payment, we were refused. They say they value customer service but failed to deliver.
