I had balance left in my Airtell Call India Home account and that account was deactivated without any prior notification. SO today when I tried using that account, I cant login to my account, I cant use my account to make any calls etc. On speaking to Customer care, they are confortably saying - that account is gone!! and so is the money in it!! I planned Saturday, November 9th to be a long relaxing day at Short Hills Hilton Spa only to be extremely disappointed. They mail all their products (fresh gourmet meats, cheese and sweets that are perishable) with UPS ground and you have no choice of carrier. Cannot make them send overnight or 2 days. On 08/13/08 I placed an order for glasses. I was told to chose the frame that I would like to purchase. I found a brand name frame that I liked. My first experience with this office was for a root canal. It cost almost $900 and I was told I would not need a crown. Once the procedure was done I was told I would in fact need a crown which would be another $8-$900. I live in the Caribbean and purchased a La Cornue oven from France in 1995. It was built for propane gas, no electric ignition because I wanted to keep things simple knowing there was no one to service the oven here. I have had continual problems with the pilot lights(there are 2). I have expierenced a crack in the rear door of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, I went to the dealership and spoke with the service manager, he said that there have been several complaints do to the stress of exspansion and contraction and it isn't covered by the company.. I will NEVER purchased another Mercury or Ford product again. The told me that they would give me a discount for a new door. It took three months and an extend of escrow for this us to close on our house thanks to this company. Their customer service is dreadful. It took literally days for me to get any response to an email I would send to my agent and he would very seldom answer his phone. He treated us as if we were very low on his priority list. I ordered the Escort 9500ix from Escort itself. Apparently, if you order from someone else, Escort will try to void the warranty. Not sure why they would sell through other retailer and have the customer pay the ultimate price of having a voided warranty. Nonetheless, I figured the 9500ix seemed like a good ideal. Hughesnet has to be the biggest scammer in the world. We had successful internet connection via satellite through Direcway before it was purchased by, merged with or whatever with hughesnet. When my modem failed, I call technical support, which by the way is a two-hour ordeal with overseas telehosting. They agreed to ship me an updated modem for $25 plus a two-year plan. When I complained they said one of the pairs of pants was excluded from the offer...but there is nothing that indicates tha anywhere on the catalogue. I saw another posting with this site on WellWorX in Memphis. I had similiar problems with them and it took getting a lawyer to get them to stop billing me and finally close my account as I requested. I actually enjoyed the club while I was there, although there were times that things went down a bit and services were inconsistent. All in all there are too many clubs to choose from and the experience I had with them has left a bad taste in my mouth...my situation was simple and it seemed that they were determined to push a situation that did not make since to me.
