I booked an international ticket with them and they booked me on an airline with only one plane! Well that one overworked plane never even showed up and I was stranded in Trinidad and left with no other option I had to take a 13 hr flight back to the US thru Canada for $1300. Avainca told my travel agent my flight was changed from 6 PM to 11:55 PM when i got the airport the plane left at 6 PM they made me pay $150. to change my ticket. I payed 110.00 dollars for a room at Hilton throught hotwire, called hotel and was guaranteed a NON-smoking room. When I got there, they gave us a meeting room with a hide-a-bed twin couch pull-out.
