I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Kulu and back through ezeego1 and I opted for Kingfisher airlines. Total cost came to 44922 of which I was entitled to a cash back of Rs 13080. This is according to their own executives after I called up customer care and enquired. When I had satisfied myself after calling them 3- 4 times I booked my ticket only to be given some 6000 as cash back. Holiday Inn Select in Trevose, Pa is a franchise; will not work with you to issue a credit or refund if you book on line. Claim that "terms and conditions" are agreed to before entering their website and are binding/legal. Even if you have to cancel well in advance of 2 weeks, they will still not work with you to give you any help. Not only that but they book out your room and collect twice. Shame on the Holiday Inn. Yes there is a certain amount of personal responsibility, but if they can't act like other people who do the same business, they shouldn't do it. I got a confirmation email from then, then nothing. When I called them after 24 hours, like they said to do, they told me that they had no record of the reservation and that the flight was 66% more money. The email I got said that my credit card was charged and I was confirmed but that was a lie. They told me on the phone that was just an automatic email and didn't mean anything. Huh?!? We have sent a courier thru BlazeFlash collected on 11th April 08 to be delivered within Delhi. Even after 4 working days, the parcel were not delivered to consignee. While checking Blazeflash ( there name should be changed to Blameflash) says, we are unable to track the parcel, we are checking. This checking contined for three days and no positive results made. I received a product from this company and since it was a free trial I did not think anything of it. Then I somehow was missing over 2oo dollars and my card was being declined everywhere (college student, not much in my savings). I received my bank statement that day. I had several nearly 60 dollar charges to my account and had recieved nothing. Chang Ziang hotel has changed names several time ( Sakura Garden, Princeton ). My Malaysian friends stayed in this hotel once and complained about the noise created during wee hours. The room smelled of damp bed mattress. The hotel lapse security or basic management to control privacy of guests... too many street prostitutes. They just enter into the hotel and touted my relatives for their sex services!! We complaint to the receptionist but then she just shoo away the girls without deploying staff to guard the entrance. They don't have a time clock, front desk has to write your time on a sheet of paper in pencil and can be changed by someone else. Spanair lost our luggage on our flight from Zurich, Switzerland to Barcelona, Spain. Despite numerous phone calls and three letters requesting compensation, we have yet to be compensated. Phone calls to baggage services of Spanair are absolutely fruitless, as no one I've spoken can give me any information, except that the bag is still missing. I have been trying to redeem this voucher for a free 2 night hotel stay and dinner for two since Feb. 14, 2008. The instructions say that you need to give 30 days notice for your date/stay request and that you will be contacted within 10days of receipt of the voucher. Returned item but was never reimbursed. Worse experience ever. We ordered a kitchen sink at a very good price and it was delivered fine. Our renovation plans changed, however, so we decided to eat the crazy restocking fee and return the sink. After the painful ordeal of getting an RMA #, we followed the return procedure exactly. We received a letter in the mail that if we attended a 90 minute seminar we would receive 2 free airline tickets to fly with Southwest Airline. We attended the meeting, declined the offer to buy in on their program but were told we were promised the airline tickets and would receive them. OK be careful when making your reservations... This trip has GOT to be the WORST vacation ever with even WORSE customer service. The reservations group made a mistake and since we arrived after a 14 hour drive on the weekend, they cant accommodate our handicapped guest and handicapped child. Isn't that nice???
