I too have had a hard time posting my payment online for the last two months. In January, after spending at least 30 minutes trying to actually talk to a person, I finally figured out the problem. They rush you to sing with credit care, even if you have insurece, so they get pay ahead and if any thing goes wrong they won't pay you back. They don't show you a break down of you treatment and if you request one, you'll find charges like "materials" $3, 000. If you ask what are these materials they will tell you, we use the best materials but can't tell you what are they. As for dentist work. I was called at home and told I was chosen for a reservation for a travel package to Florida. I was told I had 15 days to decide if It was what I wanted. I received the dvd 2 weeks and some days later to review. I found out the whole deal was for purchasing time-sharing! Time-sharing was never mentioned to me at all until then. I stayed at the Rio hotel in Las Vegas this weekend with my sister in room 1866. We both got a major body rash from the sheets, and I beleave that the maid stole my meds, including my insulin, and perscription sun glasses. When I informed the hotel staff, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. Each room is assigned a maid. Each maid must sign off on every room they clean. In January 2008 I purchased what I believed to be only 2 adult theme parks. Anything else that was included would be free. The sales person I would say deliberately forgot to mention that my husband and I would have to attend a 90 minute presentation in order to receive our 'free hotel accommodations'. I noticed a charge for $19.95 on my debit card bill from this company called Todays Escapes. I had never heard of them. I tried to call their 1-800# several times and was left on endless hold by an automated system. I searched the website and found them there. They are some kind of travel service. I have a trade with Interval International for 2 years. I have tried 3 times to get someplace I want to go. Upon our 3rd attempt to use the trade, the customer service staff told me I am on priority list and gave me a priority code in September 2007. As we approach the date, I cannot get customer service to respond to emails, I am now on hold for 45 minutes with no customer service rep responding, it keeps bouncing me between rings and music. Four of us went on their half hour tour. Three of us got good window seats, however, my seat was in the middle of two adult males. I was squished like a sardine between the two. The seat belt had no expansion. I am a normal size, thin woman, however the seat belt was so tight, it cut into me the entire ride. The boat takes you to Molokini Island to snorkel and see wonderful marine life. What they fail to tell you is that you are only allowed to snorkel in a tiny 100 x 100 foot box area marked by buoys!! For an island that is 400-500 yards long they will only let you explore a tiny sliver of the sea life that abounds.
