Its been a year and nothing except out the $800.00 and have had no results whatsoever from this company. I have made many calls even visited the supposed office in Pompano which no one was ever there. They are total crooks. I booked gas refill for home delivery but have not received it even after one week. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he/she will say 'one week' and will cut the line. It is just a sheer negligence towards the consumer. It will be good for a working people like me if they let us know the date when they deliver. And this is not this first time this is happening. This is because there is a 24hour penalty after the threshold for a day is reached. When I opened it, itwas so much of red colour, but we thought it is because oc chilli colour. I had to google this to see what it was as I'd never heard of it before and then I came across this site with other people in the same boat. I was also ripped off by this company. I purchased the Fresh Prince Belair series for my son for Christmas. The money was taken out October 7, 2007. I still had not received the DVD's by December 1.
