Southwest Airlines policy at stated on their website is that children between the ages of 5 to 11 flying unaccompanied by an adult will be preboarded and identified to the flight attendant as such. Very misleading to represent FREE airline tickets when it actually will cost us $400 to $500 for the 2 tickets. It may be less than what we could buy the tickets for, however, maybe not. The tickets can be used at limited times to limited places. They were advertised as 2 free airline tickets to anywhere in U.S. Not continental US just US. I submit one complaint to Acer due to my notebook's screen appeared as broken from October 15. They pick my notebook up to the Repair Centre and 2 weeks later told me: I broke the screen and i have to pay $365 (this notebook was bought last May) that never happen. I was at Elysium Garden hotel in Munnar, Kerala on 28th October, 2007 with my wife. We were booked into this hotel by our tour company - Planet tours (Mumbai) and Kerala tours in Kerala. Nightmare Hotel experience. On Friday 9th November 2007, we booked a double room for 2 nights Sat 10th and Sun 11th November. We paid in full on arrival.
