I had to cancel a ticket with Spice jet which resulted in Rs 10000 sitting in the account with Spicejet. When I tried to book another ticket using this amount, they asked me for Rs 2400 more than the fare available online for the same ticket saying that thats the way their system works!

Royal Holiday Club and Hacienda Vista Real in Mexico
I was scammed, lied to, falsely led, and denied service by scam artists at the Hacienda Vista Real on behalf of the Royal Holiday Vacation Club. Needless to say that I lost a very substantial amount of money and my vacation was ruined twice. I filed a complaint with Profeco but received no real help. Although a settlement with the "supplier" was reached in January 2007, I have received nothing to compensate for my losses. There is no coincidence when this many people start complaining. So what if the loans are subprime, Wells Fargo, as the investor, should still insist on workouts with Consumers, especially knowing full well industry conditions.
Wells Fargo has a history of bad business practices, cleaned up their act once, now appear to be getting back into old habits. To the public, they look like Washington Mutual and Beneficial Finance rolled into one.

We were given a credit line of 1000.00 and no annual fees along with bonus miles. We tried to use the points purchased for a stay at the Newport RI facility and there was no availability until November 8th (8 months away) – We were told during the sales pitch that availability is NEVER a problem.

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation / KSRTC
I used KSRTC online booking facility for the second time. First experience was good (except that initially the conductor himself looked kind of uncomfortable with the new type of ticket he had not seen).
But during my recent experience, when I clicked on final 'confirm' button of transaction on credit card, I got the message that "transaction aborted". No other details like reason of abortion were mentioned.

The ride started out bad and just kept getting worse. First, their website clearly advertises that they provide a non-alcoholic substitute for the champagne toast. When I asked our waiter about that, he looked at me like I had horns. He said that they didn’t have anything of the sort and went about his business of pouring champagne for all the other guests. So, here we were the four of us, without anything in our glass to join the toast.

Lander Management
People like this are spread through out the world. We were cheated by a company by the name Lander Management and their Modus Operandi was exactly the same as Royal. Unfortunately we fell for their false promises and coughed up Rs.20000, which, at the time of the presentation was supposedly refundable. I just want to share this with all those who have been invited to a presentation by Lander Management. They will lure you to a presentation by promising a free holiday stay and claim they got your details from a form you had filled at their booth in an exhibition.

We Flew (my son Felipe Villegas Acosta) in from ATL to SJO via Ft Lauderdale. My flight # 231 departed from ATL to Ft Lauderdale late, therefore we lost the 338 flight into SJO. We had to wait around 10 hours for the next flight into San Jose, Costa Rica (#336).
People at Spirit Airlines in Costa Rica are very nice, however I need my bag, my families new clothing is in that Bag, none seem to be able to tell me at least where the bag and when will we get it!
Location code is hard to read, however it could say VSRPQQ or KSRPQQ. Baggage Ticket NK-050512.

Comfort Inn Motel
We just got back from our trip to Tennessee. What a nightmare! First we had an accident, hit a deer on the interstate going 70mph. No one was hurt, thank God, but the car was damaged pretty good. Set us back a day. We ended up staying in a motel 3 different nights on the way there and back. Then it was the problem with Jetta! They would not let me stay there with her!!! My husband and I visited Puerto Vallarta in June 2005 and ended up purchasing a timeshare at Velas Vallarta. We already owned a timeshare in Las Vegas. My daughter flew on KLM from Newark to Tanzania (with a change of aircraft in Amsterdam) departing on Tuesday June 26, arriving on June 27 -- and her luggage never arrived. That happens all the time unfortunately. What shouldn't happen is to call the airline, be put on hold for an hour, then have the call cut off when a polite-sounding voice says that all of their agents are busy, "please call another time, good bye."

I recently bought a membership with country club and Paid 1,25,000 through my credit card which was provided by CCIL and HDFC tie up with a confirmation from CCIL that it would purely Interest free EMI's and no advance payments.
Now while I have taken the money from the bank they are asking me to pay 10 EMI's in advance to bank i.e. 45,000... while I have complained this to the CCIL Sales guys and his manager they state that they cannot do anything about it...

I had a membership with this club after paying 10000 rs which i haven't used in the last 6 years and canceled the same more than a year back with out any recovery of the deposit. Despite this i get 3-4 calls every day trying to sell different schemes stating i am a member. For the past 6 months i have patiently told every agent calling that i am not a member & i am not interested. The call still persist at every possible hour of the say & night.

Don’t use this reservation agency. They are not affiliated with the US National Parks. They make reservations with hotels which the consumers can easily make without paying the 10% reservation fee. One my first call, they made the reservation with the wrong hotel (twice as expensive), which I discovered only after I got my credit card bill. We recently stayed in the same motel 6 that we stayed in in 1995 and it was still a mess. The carpets were so dirty their was a black trail to the bath room and around the beds. Very dirty. They switched rooms for us and gave us a handicap room and the shower head came off the hose and for three days we had no shower. If I was you I would take my name off the bill board. I traveled by Lufthansa flights from Hyderabad (India) to SFO (USA) on 27th from India.Though we had asked wheel chair for me and my wife at Frankfurt airport we were taken in the small car inside the airport to our terminal from the alighted terminal.We were asked to shift to three such cars(we had knee problem and still we managed with pain and all), asked to walk few yards etc., and finally asked to sit in the waiting hall near to the flight no 454 to sfo. Went on the site to get first class tickets. I submitted my info and got the prices for the tickets prior to making my "offer". The pop so-called contract evidently was unclear or I didn't read it carefully enough to realize that they do not offer bidding on first class tickets.
