I would like to complain about services provided by the company Grindrod Travel, in particular by their Johannesburg office. A simple request to please provide a quote for a 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park gave no response within a week. 1 Time Airline got my flight details backwards. Sifiso at the airport admitted that the booking Agent Muwelo booked me flying from Cape Town to Durban and returning from Durban to Cape Town, when my booking was the other way around. My issue with Voyager arose when i needed to pay airport tax for a flight which i had acquired through their award point system. They asked me to pay by credit card to which i replied that i do not have one. The consultant then advised me to go to the airport to pay there, I was informed that this option would cost R200 extra. My father worked at keylime cove as a waterpark technician. Due to their inadequate waterpark flooring, my father was severely injured when he slipped on the floor. Our nightmare began. Vueling has really bad service and refund policy. As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights. I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore. During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take.
