Offered a free cruise, $1200.00 cash credit for depositing my Westgate resort week and offered free 1 week resort stay. Already had a 15 year membership that I never used and they offered me the above for an additional $1500.00 Well I was told that the week I deposited was deposited too late and that I would have to deposit the following years week to get my $1, 000.00 cash credit. I would like to complain about services provided by the company Grindrod Travel, in particular by their Johannesburg office. A simple request to please provide a quote for a 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park gave no response within a week. After a week a consultant -Emilene- sends a response that she can not provide this information as rates are not released in foreign currency (noone requested any foreign currency quotes). 1 Time Airline got my flight details backwards. Sifiso at the airport admitted that the booking Agent Muwelo booked me flying from Cape Town to Durban and returning from Durban to Cape Town, when my booking was the other way around. I lost 4 hours at work, incurred food and beverage and transport costs. They also had the nerve to charge me an extra R600 ..they refused to give me a receipt for this R600?? Awful place! AC and internet did not work, electrical plugs were hanging out of the walls, no curtains, drapes or blinds, shower broken, toilet seat barely hanging on, feces stained blanket. My issue with Voyager arose when i needed to pay airport tax for a flight which i had acquired through their award point system. They asked me to pay by credit card to which i replied that i do not have one. The consultant then advised me to go to the airport to pay there, I was informed that this option would cost R200 extra. I told him that i was four hours away from an airport and therefore could he please give me another payment option, ie EFT. He said that this is not available as a payment option with Voyager. My father worked at keylime cove as a waterpark technician. Due to their inadequate waterpark flooring, my father was severely injured when he slipped on the floor. Our nightmare began. He broke his foot in eight places, needed immediate spinal surgery on his neck (where 3 discs had to be removed), and needed a four level lumbar back fusion. Please avoid this website like the plague!!! Its 'cheap' fares are quite simply bogus and above all it doesn't deliver you a ticket, even if you pay full, high prices for tickets. Yesterday I found a great fare to Europe on the site, pressed 'select' and then entered all the information for 3 travellers.When it came to purchase, a message popped up saying that 'this itinerary is no longer available' and I was re-routed to other fares, much more expensive and the same as airlines' own websites basically... read full review »

On August 19, 2010, we were told by the sales rep at Wyndham Vacation Resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC that we could benefit from this timeshare a certain way only to realize that it was all UNTRUE. We just received our RCI Membership Number 10 days ago and tried to make some reservations only to discover that 28000 points deposited in an RCI account will get us NO WHERE. Getting an invoice from them has been a mission. Today I called and was passed from post to pillar untill I got to a lady by the name of Derby. She was full of laughter when she told me that they are so used to complaints, it gets in on one ear and out the other. Means nothing at all. Vueling has really bad service and refund policy. As a regelar flyer between Barcelona and Amsterdam Im forced to use a lot of Vueling flights. I know they hardly fly on time so that isn't even a surprise anymore. During the Icelandic ash clouds they couldn't perform 4 flights that I was suposed to take. Flight Cancelled - Refund not yet received - For almost 2 months. I booked 2 tickets (Chennai – Madurai) for 19 August, 2010 from Paramount Airlines. Timeline 2/27/10 -We attended a group meeting to receive a "complimentary" cruise and learn about their services. We bought into the program.
