The airline "zeroed" and canceled the second flight on a round trip ticket I purchased because I apparently did not show up for my first flight when indeed I did and I had a boarding pass to prove it. I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service line to talk to very rude agents in India who denied that I ever boarded the plane. After spending hours on the phone, I had to drive all the way to the airport to talk to an agent in person who finally admitted that the airline made a mistake. We booked a salmon fishing trip with this charter company. The rates were $150 per person with a minimum of two people and a maximum of 6 people. There was also an exclusive boat rate. We asked about the boat rate and were advised that it was $500 and there would be no competition for my wife and I. I joined a new membership at Royal Elite Vacations back in May of 2009 and was presented with an All-Inclusive vacation to the Sandos Resorts in the Mia Riviera Mexico with all the fees paid for including my food and licquor. I and my husband had spent few days of our vacations in Best Western Hotel in Jamaica, NY. When we entered the hotel itself we were really disappointed. The hallway and the check in-out area were really dirty. The elevators looked like they would stop any moment. When we went to the room we were really disgusted. It was a terrible little room. I booked a Villa using Rockstarrentals Cabo for a beach Villa. I was dealing with Marco Barrientos. The payment for first installment on the Villa I selected was paid. I drive a truck cross country and broke down on 08/16/09 and the company put the wife, dog and I up in a motel6 affiliate called studio 6 in garland, texas.I'm being reimbursed for the room but still my company is getting screwed. first it has a 49.00 plus 10.00 for the extra person and a 10.00 fee for the dog. I checked into the Catalina Hotel on July 3, 2009, with the original plan to stay until July 6, 2009. An issue came up in which I had to leave Miami, FL on July 5, 2009 and fly back to my hometown of Virginia. We was getting married in Myrtle Beach on 6/20/09. We arrived late afternoon and paid for two rooms for one night. This was a supposedly newly renovated motel which in the one room we rented there was NO hot water at all...I mean no water on the hot side whatsoever out of either the sink or the bathshower. I had flight almost every week for the last 4 years from Bay Area to Orange County, using many of the airlines available. I purchased tickets from Priceline.com for a normal, non-stop flight from Tampa to NYC. After purchasing the tickets, they gave me an interary for a completely different flight/trip. When I called customer service to change the flight or to see what happened, they told me I did a "Name Your Own Price" purchase (which I didn't do), and that they were unable to cancel or change the reservation. We attended the vacation club presentation at Paradise Village Resort in Nuevo Vallarta, we brought with us our children. My family and I arrived at out hotel only to find that Book In Hotels canceled our reservation we had made and paid for months before. It took 11 hours before someone answered the phone for me to even begin the discussion about what happened. After many phone calls and attempted calls they didn't make the matter right and I had to contact my credit card company to get a charge reversal. Don't book anything through these people or Gulliver's Travel which brokered the arrangement and did nothing to remedy the situation. My wife and I stayed in this nhotel over the weekend. Wewent to get in the pool but the water was murkey and cloudy so we opted to use the jacuzzi in our room, we filled the tub with hot water but when we turned on the air jets our came the roaches. So much for reaxing in your room. the only vending machine that works is on the 7th floor the other ones don't work or just take your money. then the kicker is that the room did not have any wash cloths or towels.
