I bought a remote for my car from this company and they sent me a scratched up remote, probably bought of Ebay for $15. They sold it to me for $100. The instructions were not complete either so I couldn't get it to work.. Do not buy from this company, they are a total scam. I too in the UK have been scammed by these sly and devious people. In the UK what they are doing is illegal. It is called Fraud. They are now calling themselves Premiumwhite. They read garbage to trick you from a set sequence of jargon on their computer, repeating word for word what they think they ought to state. Use their on line enquiry line if you want to wind them up, take hours over asking questions, and try and pin them down to answers you want to hear. I found this company, on a 'Mother's looking for work'' website. I had wrote to them to make sure that, there would be work in my area (Essex), the reply was yes. So i sent my £30 in Jan 09. I know times are tough folks for us small businesses but whatever you do, do not sign up to the 15 day free trial of potential tenders from these people. Even if you do and cancel the free trial within the allocated time period stated, you will be hit with an invoice and an ongoing barrage of threatening emails, phone calls demanding payment. I signed up for a free trial and the rest is just plain old theivery. They have received my return shipment and still charged my account. The customer service is ridiculous and they will make you wait so long that you just give up. Once they do pick up they "look" for your account since they cant find it with your name. This is a scam, they use craigslist to advertise a web page they create (they change it every month). Get you to use Money Pak, and there is no security in it so you can't get your money back. They use a fake Better Business Bureau web page. They use an address of a company they are not associated with. You will NOT get what you ordered and your money will be gone.
