We paid extra money for conversion GBP/EUR and when I was standing at the airport and waiting on my plane I got a call, that they are really sorry, but they are unable to deliver the tickets, because a ManU club did not deliver them. When the flowers I ordered arrived at my mother's for Mother's Day, there was no card, so she didn't know who they were from. When I called to tell ProFlowers, they offered a $10 refund. I have download a free trail of real player. Which i know is free of charge for certain of days, and when the trails expires the trails will automatically ends and the customers don't pay anything if they don't want to use the product after the trail period. I did try their 5.95 product which I ordered, but it did not mention anywhere that they would go into account and withdraw 89.95 two weeks later and then credit 5.95 back to account.
