ripped off January 9, 2009
This started out at a website called Liveperson.com. This so called psychic and her "leader" named Audrey work in a "church". They promised me to do crystal spell work for me. They first started out small and then increase the need for money more and more. I sent them approx. $10, 000.00 to do spell work for me. I was suffering terribly and wanted honest help. These two ladies sent me pictures of the crystals and then of them "fracturing" and turning dark. They needed more money. I even got written... read full review »

I paid this woman $10, 000 to do significant spell work for me over a 3 month period. It started off with the amount of $150.00 for the spell work and then she kept coming back and back for more and more... She promised me that she would return my money that the extra was for materials. I was very ill at the time. She took complete advantage of me. She refuses to answer my calls or my emails. I have sent her repeated request for the money. When I told her that I was contacting the Law Enforcement authorities in her area, she... read full review »

She wrote me an email promising to give me my money back when the spells did not work as guarenteed in her website and promised to return the additional $5975.00 which was sent for materials. She REFUSES to refund my money even after phone calls, and emails to her to prove that her work did nothing and produced nothing. I even sent her a copy of the email where... read full review »

My Fitness Mentor
tshort67 January 9, 2009
I did sign up for a free sample of the Tri-Slim, but I had a certain amount of days to cancel this program. I did call and cancel, however my fitness mentor told me they are a separate company and that they needed to be contacted directly. So I paid $29.99 twice for nothing. I asked the customer service agent, what I received for those payments, she indicated that I could use their website, unfortunately, I did not even know I was signed up for this. They would not credit the charges, but the service has now been cancelled. In my opinion this was a big scam, I am sure the fine print was so small you did not have a clue what you were getting into. read full review »

Justin January 9, 2009
When paying, over paying for a delivery a customer should not expect that their product is left in the lobby of their high rise; when we pay for delivery as per the J.C. Penney's we expect delivery to be to the threshold of our appointments. I paid 210$ for delivery and woke up to discovery the were only delivering my sectional to my lobby and that I could take it up with the company but to expect no response. No response is exactly what I got. read full review »

I just nipped the acai berry scam in the bud. Stay away from BuyerZone.com. BuyerZone.com claims to provide fresh sales leads for various industries, but the leads we received from them were completely useless. We were only able to initiate any discussion with one prospect. We paid $18.00 per lead, and our product is only $300 - $500, so you do the math on how well that worked out. On December 4, 2008, I answered an e-mail request from Google to try their Moneytree Kit. I gave my credit card information for the postage charge which came to Can$5.04. I never received the "Kit", a CD with no paperwork or instructions, until January 6, 2009. My credit card statement shows a charge for Can$92.44 on my January statement. The charge is for the Google Moneytree Kit. I never gave Google permission to charge my credit card for that amount. Google claims that when I agreed to receive the kit, I also agreed to be charged the US$72.21, when in fact all I agreed to was to pay for the postage. This is as sick as it gets! read full review »
