Starts with the shipping tab on the website states shipping 10-12 days, when I received confirmation e-mail 10-14 BUSINESS days. Because I needed this item before x-mas I immediatly, within the hour, requested cancellation if they could not deliver before x-mas. No response. Subsequently I have sent 4 more e-mails. NO RESPONSE. No contact phone number. No address. Furthermore, the site touted that the DVD set was in stock, 8 days later it still has not shipped. I understand now these are bootlegged DVDS. It seems that since I booked flights with Easyjet over the internet in Feb 2008 I have had £8 per month taken, by Shopperdiscount.co.uk, and without my knowledge. My husband and I signed on with this company who guaranteed to get us up and going with an internet business. I ordered two Sav-A-Blade products November 23rd and received a confirmation email, but as of today December 18th, have not received the products. I've left a message on the company's answering machine after trying in vain to find a way to contact the company via the internet and email. They make sure there isn't a customer service link on any of the company's sites, nor could I find a link to check the status of my order. I ordered a Sony digital photo frame from this company and paid immediately by Paypal. When I checked my order status there was no sign of it on their site. I contacted them by email and they apologised and said that the item would be despatched immediately. Some 3 weeks and several emails later there is no response from the company. I have, fortunately, received a refund through Paypal but was unaware of this until I tried to complain to Paypal, as Idigitech did not pass any information to me at all. I just noticed they were stealing from my PayPal debit card. The seller (stylesthatareamazing) told me it would take 3-5 days for payment to clear and they would ship after that.
