both of these companies stole $147.16 (AU) from me, total $294.32 after I agreed to pay the postage for their 2 products. All I agreed to was the trial product and after they took the monmey nothing else was forwarded that I could return. They just helped themselves to my Mastercard. Susan Rosser, the company principal, charged us more than she quoted for a classified ad, then refused to rectify it until we threatened to complain. Even then, she only did so very reluctantly and abusively. She also got spelling wrong in the advertisement, put the wrong phone number and wrong inspection times! Worse, she only agreed to talk to the seller of the house less than once a week, and refused to deal with the seller's partner. I was scammed into registering for this Auction Listing Agent. I paid $97 Australian dollars to take the Certification Program and access an EBay account. I nearly completed the course but could not find the information on EBay to follow the steps I had just learnt. UltraCleanse/ElitePack did no give me a free trials but a commitment to buy their products and become a member. My bank tells me that it could take a while before the invstigation is done.
