WWW.luyte.com are scammers from China who send emails supposedly from someone you know (they obtain your address by hacking into your friends email account.) They pretend to be that person you know and recommend their website and their cheap products.
They do not accept credit card payments, only Western Union or direct bank to bank transfer.
They take your money and send you some cheap Chinese printed Tshirts and pretend that EMS made a mistake. Make all kinds of excuses day after day, week after week. You really wont see your goods or your money ever again.

I ordered a free trial of Dazzle White from an advertised and was charged AUD 11.00 for deliveries, but that is not all, after a few weeks I was charged another AUD 97.67 which was unauthorised by another affilliated mob called Ultifresh. It doesn't stop there, a week after that another unauthorised charges of AUD 98.64 been made by another mob called Pristine Health which are also affilliated.

i signed up for racing trades for them (nathan) to do online betting for me. i paid a fee to get a 'licence' from them and then gave them money to bet with on my behalf.
when i wanted to get out they have not given me my money back for the licence its been over a year.
is there anything that i can do??

I filled in a wrongful charge form at my bank (the Bendigo Bank) on Monday. Today (Friday 27 Nov 2009) I had a letter from the bank saying they had recovered all these amounts for me. After lining up for well over 2 hours for a flight to Perth, getting on the plane and then we being all the passengers ordered off the plane. The reason for this was a curfew. Tiger could not for some reason administer it's booking procedures and get customers on board in time.

Sudden appearance on my Bank statement for this 'company'. I have no idea what it was for. Then three other transactions, unknown and unauthorised by me, under different 'company' names all with varying amounts from between $10-$100 have appeared!

I observed an offer on AOL by Dazzlewhite for a teeth whitening product advertised @ $6.95 for S&H only. Saturday the 21/11/2009 I examined my account and noticed numerous withdrawls by White Smile, Beuty Club (sic) in various amounts in the range of nearly $80 plus withdrawls for "Kit Access" for $8.95 coupled with other charges "currency adjustments". The Commonwealth Bank is definitely the worse bank in Australia. They had their site hacked earlier this year, and I could not access my business transactions for about a week. This week there was a "glitch" as they called it, and all business transactions disappeared from the day, and the Netbank site is difficult to understand as transactions are never up to date. For example, where it says "yesterdays" transactions, it is usually the day before. Further, they don't even bother to respond to complaints. Definitely the worst customer service available and I shall be closing all my accounts and re-financing my loan.

I gave my credit card details to the above company, Global Wellbeing, thinking I was recieving a free trial of the acacai berry and clense vitimins. The company advertised the products as being free, the only thing needing to be paid for was the shipping, which was only about $5 in total. Today, the 19/11/2009, I found that I had been charged over $100 for these products. I signed up to your free trial offer over the internet on 3 October 2009. I then spoke to one of your consultants on the line and he advised me to do nothing and cancel later. I then formally cancelled the product on 12 October 2009 (well within the free trial period) and was given a cancellation Number. I have also been scammed by this company. I purchased a free 14 day trial bottle of the product and also the other product on there site call Life Cleanse and have since been charged twice for both bottles at full price of which I have received no products. AUD$132.04 x 2 for both bottles 14 days after trial bottles then again a further AUD $128.31 14 days later. No further products have been received since 1 trial bottle of AcaiBerry and 1 trial bottle of Life Cleanse.
