On 30th january 2009 we telephoned our local "Pizza Hut" and booked for a party of ten people for a thirteenth birthday party. Where to start!!!?? I have had Mcafee as my anti virus protection for years. The first time it ceased working I had to take it to PC world and have my hard drive wiped and re set costing £90. i have recieved a letter from a debt collection agency informing me that i owe £149.68 after a heated telephone conversation i was informed it was a charge for non return of the equipment ie the modem.i explained that i had never recieved any request for this equipment only to be told that they did not have too.it was written in the terms and conditions.to which i replied would it not be common courtesy to inform some one of this especially as it is approximately two years ago.does anybody have any experience of this. cheers read full review »

I am repeatedly getting messages from a number 88989 which I have not signed up for. I have twice sent back a message saying Stop All and Stop All Texts. Each time I receive these messages £1.50 has been taken from my "pay as you talk" credit. They have been sending messages in multiples of 3 so consequently I am losing all my credit. I have spoken to my supplier vodafone who say it is a police matter and up to them to block the number, the police say it is up to vodafone, please can you help me as I do not know where else to go. I bought a fire card and it didnt work, i contacted cleverbase and they replaced it, that was all well and fine but the 2nd card didnt work either and kept displaying an error! I cannot remember how I came in touch with this company. I never benefitted from any of their services. I think this misfortune began with the order I have placed for some business cards long ago with vistaprint.com online somewhere in June 2008. It was one-off purchase and all transactions were settled.
