I purchased 2 coats at Abercrombie & Fitch the first week of december for both of my boys. 2 weeks later, I returned one of the coats because the zipper had broken. They ran away with $395.00 of ours when they choose not to complete a loan that was not due to our fault. They suggested it was the condition of the house. This company claims to be an energy Supplier and they are nothing more than a Broker. The PA Public Utilities Commision website will confirm this. For those of us who buy large quantities of Electric, this is an important distinction and can cost us thousands of dollars. RCI has a new deal called "Enhancements". It is nothing more than an "up charge". What they do is give a trading power to your home resort, which in my case was nearly the lowest power it had, and give the one I was seeking nearly the highest available. The product does not work as I found out after using it for 30 days, so I tried to get in contact with the company with no luck. I was reading the complaints of other people and one person said you can get your money back if you called the company that does the billing. The company name is www.2checkout.com and their phone number is 877-294-0273. They can get the company to send you an RA# and after you send back the chip with delivery conformation per their instructions, wait for about 5 days and call them back with your delivery conformation number.
