This attorney office (ID#439352 File #180177169)keeps calling me on my job and at home stating that I owe PDL Ventures $358.00 from a pay day loan of $150.00 that was sent by direct deposit to my bank of america account (which is not closed and has been since 8/2009) in August of 2009. I have used this site for a number of years mostly to respond to emails and sometimes to place an order.You get points for answering emails and completing orders. I have over $37 in my account since May of this year. I have been requesting this money since that time and my request has been rejected and not responded to on the grounds that I have not completed the $15 completed order requirement. This is not true. I did complete an order for credit monitoring and car insurance in excess of $15. I offered to provide some proof of this but I received no response. The only time I have ever been ripped off. Ordered UGG boots. Came in a damaged box that had UGG Australia printed on front. Clearly FAKE boots. The shows are mostly mediocre with a few exceptions. The main problem is the site owner who has a pompous attitude. He is rude to people and demeaning to them. The site owner often complains in his chat room of his financial problems. He states that the people on his site are "losers with no life online pretending to be better people." He also tracks others' movements on rival sites. I would not support this site. I might visit to talk to friends but beware this site owner thinks he is better than others. I ordered a 125cc red dirt bike i in fact got a 125cc blue PIT bike and was incredibly annoyed as the manual defined and reffered to cars and ATV's also they had a 1 year warranty, two weeks after i got it the screw from the pistone came loose and destroyed the interior of the engine costing an absolute bomb. they refused to pay up i am now as we speak talking to local lawyers about the problem. Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas...ordered the wrong size...returned them...took them 12 days to get back to me to even let me know they got my shoes (after many times trying to call them) had to pay another shipping charge of $12 to get them returned and STILL haven't received them!!! Worst then lousy customer service - I purchased a refurbished remote control from them. I was sent a defective one. The return policy is you pay to ship it back which I did. I was sent another defective one which was worst then the first. Refurbished items should be of the same quality as the original. Terribly painful experience. We were informed that the product ordered was out of stock. We canceled the order, but our credit card was still charged. Four weeks later an "alternative product" that the seller deemed a suitable replacement arrived. We retruned it and still were not issued a credit. Fake trainers sold from what looks like a UK website but isn't. - Recently ordered two pairs of trainers from this supposed UK website. Not only did they arrive with Shanghai mailing labels on them but the trainers inside are fake. After contacting them to say I wasn't happy with the product, I've had nothing but unhelpful e-mails back stating that their products are 100% authentic. I have since had it on very good authority that this site does not provide real Nike trainers or any other brand of trainers on their website. I have had contact with this company, have actually spoken to two of the employees and paid money to get a change of name! I ordered a jersey and two hats from pickjerseys.com. The jersey looked nice even though it's nowhere close to comparision of what you would buy in stores. Not great but doable. The hats on the other hand looked like complete garbage and reebok ripoff replicas. I ordered 2 pill containers from this site. They were flimsy and some of the lids would not stay closed when pills were inside. I returned them after calling to describe the problem. I was told I would have the price of the product refunded as well as the postage because the product was faulty. This is the worst business out there. On November 1 2009, I placed an order online and to this day, I still have not received the products. The website said that they will ship the products out 2-3 business days. I waited for about 2 weeks before I sent them emails requesting about the shipment, their response was that it would take about 14 days because I live in Canada. Ordered a vanity Mar 3, 2010. Received a non-detailed confirmation. 10 days went by, no communication. I called them 3 times with no answer and emailed them twice for a tracking number. After searching for complaints I could not find any so went ahead and ordered. It took three weeks to get and order confirmation and then other week to get and out of stock notice. I was offered a 6% discount to order again so this checked the availability on a different item and it showed as +300 in stock. 1 week later I received another out of stock email saying they would refund my money but as yet nothing has gone into my account.
