went to a "acting class/ meet and greet" at the scientology center 10 + years ago. i have only been to, or have had anything to do with scientology, that one time...for two hours out of my life. ever since then, i receive (NO JOKE) : at least 10-15 emails per week, their monthly magazine, countless mailers, and other worthless pieces of crap from them. i have tried several times to block their emails (spam, etc.) but they have too many people sending the emails out so 'you' can't block that one sender...you have to request it in writing WHICH I HAVE DONE...and they STILL send me crap. what a bunch of crazies. read full review »

I chose ABM Vanlines because of a quote I received online and per phone. The quote was for $ 1000.00 for 2000lb, if I did my own packing. The movers arrived as agreed, and began loading my things. I asked them repeatedly about an estimate of my weight, and if they thought I exceeded the 2000 lb. The foremean assured me that I was right at, or even below 2000lb. Required that I pay $425.00 UPFRONT for custom wig. Went to pick up wig and it was WRONG COLOR and NOT Monofilament and NOT styled on me. It was pre-cut in tiny old-fashioned layers. I won't wear it and they won't take it back despite saying B4 I gave them the money that they satisfy all their customers. I bought a $69.00 catalog wig which looks better than the "custom" wig. Three years ago K Designers installed Aluminum Siding on our home witha "Lifetime Garantee"? After two years the siding started falling off. I contacted K Designers and was able to get someone out to put the pieces back on the house. Now it's worse, the siding under the eves, the trim, and others sections are falling off or hanging from the house. Calls and e-mails to K Designers unanswered. My husband and I bought a beautiful German Shepherd pup for over $3000 dollars, the "pick of the litter" we were told and after being diagnosed with Canine OCD and spending thousands of dollars trying to correct it, he died at 2 years old from 100% Mesenteric Torsion. I had a contract with sds of America for a new roof, it took three months to start the job and several abusive phone calls from Jim Kennedy the owner of the company, complaining he didn't get enough money to start the job as people rob him and his wife was dieting.
Three months of weathering storms without even a cover over original damage.

Bought a memory foam tempur pedic mattress about 2 years ago. My husband started to experience dry throat every night. I complained to the manufacturer & they said the best they could do was exchange it for another similar mattress. What good is that?

On 9/6/09 I signed up online to mxenergy’s gas service for 6 months (10/7/09-4/6/10) with no termination charge. On 12/30/09, I received a notice of renewal for another 6 months (4/7/10-10/710), so I let the agreement renew. Since I did not receive another renewal notice when this agreement ended, on 9/6/10 I made a commitment with another gas provider.

This company was hired for a job and when the two guards showed up they were immediately rude to my staff. At first I just figured they were jerks but about two hours later a customer came in and said that she had been assaulted by them. I ordered Flying Noodle's 6 mth fruit delivery club. If you read their advertising it states you will receive a 5 pd box of fruit every month. However when you receive the package the post office labels the weight of the box. It is only 3 pds, each month.
I sent them a email regarding this matter and never received a return email, phone call or whatever.

The billing process gets earlier and earlier each month. After a few months the consumer can lose up to a month. Check your bills. Trainers are young kids, not professionals. Place is dirty.
