Diaper cake was not shipped in 2-3 days. Called after 8 days, and was apologized to and guaranteed my cake would be here before my shower. The day before the shower, 8 days after the follow up call, the cake was still not here, so I called and was given the run around and apologized to again because the shipper was already gone and there was no way to get my cake before the shower. Although I received product quickly, my first order was incorrect. I was asked to send the initial order back and they would send me the correct merchandise immediately and credit my card when the first merchandise was received. These people were renting a double wide mobile home that were in for ONLY 4 months. AKC was about to come out to inspect their kennels sothey up and moved before AKC could get there. The conditions found in the dog kennel area was bad enough as there was green stuff floating in most of the water bowls, NO food bowls (dogs had to eat from the dirt!). Called A1 Plumbing as my heater wasn't blowing warm air. Tech didn't show at all first day, waited over a cold weekend for the next guy on Monday, who was 3 hours late.
