Insurance claims not submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office and then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. I just signed up for I-Wireless, I Wireless, Sprint this week and the Customer Service sucks. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them and about 15 calls latier it is no better. If you can afford a REAL Cell phone company DO IT. On October 11, 2010 I brought in my 18 month old Hoover Duros Canister vacuum cleaner in to Marvin's Vacuum where I'd purchased it 18 months prior. The on/off switch failed and needed replacing. Nuts were loose that were suppose to be checked according to the warranty book. They blamed Bog Boy Centurion cause they serviced my bike. Not their fault as I stood there watching them change the oil, had nothing to do with the faring screws that were loose or back sprocket that broke. As not one of the 4 nuts were torqued. The company asked that I allow them to record the request, which I did, and was I given a confirmation number for the disconnection. I went to Forest Hills hospital emergency room on 1/22/10 for an ear infection. The physician took my pulse and ask me a few questions about how I felt, then he prescribed me medicine which I purchased at a local pharmacy. This hospital is charging for services I never used, they did not use any machines or provided me with nursing services. The touch screen on my phone is not responding to the related icon. I purchased my phone on 12-18-2010. My At&t paper stated there's a one(1) year Manufacturers warranty. This website sells software that is questionable. The product that I bought from them had a serial number that did not work. They are located in China which the website does not show. Their 100 percent guarentee is not kept. After many attempts at trying to get a refund they make you pay the shipping both ways as they take off the shipping from the rufund and have you pay for sending it back to them...all the way to China.
