Lolita Carrico, the owner of the Gloss website offered 'Gloss Elite boxes' to her members. The boxes cost $45 - $54. The boxes have NEVER been delivered to the people that purchased them and many people have not received a refund. As a new customer with Genco Martketplace, our first order incorrect and disappointing. We had placed an order for 2 pallets, 48 boxes of Genco advertised Health & Beauty Aids. With complete trust in Genco, our payment was wired immediately. Upon taking inventory, we discovered 11 boxes of expired, damaged and melted candy and 8 boxes of expired Boost Energy Drink and expired baby formula (photos attached). I purchased my Acer Aspire 1410 with 11" screen 2GB RAM and 250 HD in April 2010. I had a P/C repaired at this business on Sept. 24-2010. Owner Stephen Whipple called my home stating that if I could be at his business within 40 minutes my P/C was finished. FAKE - Received check for $990.00. Said I won $5, 100. Told to cash check, go to Western Union to pay Non-Resident tax to Canada of $910.00, since that is where the drawing was.
