I was severely overcharged for 5 calls. I called from a hotel phone; per the instructions on the phone I used the automated system. This breeder apparently does not utilize any sort of heartworm preventative for his dogs. In his response to my direct inquiry he stated that heartworm preventative was not necessary in his area. It took 3 weeks and 7 service calls to actually get Optimum Online Cablevision out to my house for installation of internet and TV Service, when they finally did show up they showed up on the wrong day and I had to send my Father there, just so that he could drill a hole in my wall before realizing that he had to go to my basement to ground it and then he wasnt able to do that. I have been bringing my 3 oldest children to Pediatric Dental Health for my insurance paid cleanings since they were about 3. I have refused all fluoride treatments for my children. I took out a $400 dollar loan from Signmyloan.net and I saw five debits to my account for $121 dollars. I called to verify that my loan was paid in full and they told me I still owed them $521 dollars even though i'd already paid them $605 dollars. They never bothered to check the box when they sent it by Fed Ex for signature required. So Fed Ex decided to leave envelope on the ground in front of door and dogs were able to get at it and eat it. I just can't understand how you can charge someone that much for that service and drop the ball like that. That was my passport and my birth certificate that they were careless with. They charged me a lot of money so I could get my passport quickly and feel they should have been thorough in their job.
