I Was told before order I would receive shortly after(thinking a week or 2 max). ACS - CHECK YOUR AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE!!! I've been dealing with ACS since our loans were transfered to them in January, 2006. At least once a year they lose a payment, attributed it to one loan and not the other, and in both cases charge me late fees and contact the credit agencies. I worked for this company for a short period of time. During this time I was recruited to sell directv out of best buy retail locations. Which the retail locations are about an hour away from the office which you must drive to and no gas is reimbursed. I do not understand how BAD this company treats customers. They are very unprofessional and completely RUDE. They gave me a price to repossess a vehicle and once they repossessed it they added $18000.00 plus $45.00 per day for storage after they told me it was going to be $350.00 and 10 day free storage. On 9-19-2010 I took my vehicle to Sacramento to attempt to sell it to CarMax (Roseville) and Nissan on AutoRow in Sacramento. During the review of CarMax's cash offer they advised me AutoCheck (a part of Experian) had listed 2 (two) accidents reported for my vehicles VIN.
