I entered their site and paid by debit card a $1 fee to enter and find out what the plan was. My truck came with Procomp tires on it. I have always kept the pressure at 50 lbs as recommended. I am a mechanic and have a compressor at home, so it is not a problem. Last year, I was drivinig down a highway when a tire threw the tread. The tire did not blow out. I was a past customer of Pet Smart and when I went there they offered an insurance type policy for pets so when they get treated it should help with the cost of treatment. But there is one flaw, if the pet is not an ill one that needs medical treatment all the time then the insurance is not for you. Now, I did get this insurance and did not read the fine print. I have been a customer of this company for three years and it is the WORST utility company I have ever seen. When you call this company to make a payment, the automated phone service directs you to a 800 number wherein you make the payment using a credit/debit card/electronic check. Once you make the payment it tells you that the payment, if made before 3:00 p.m. is credited to your account the same day. Went to use my VISA to purchase gas and entered the ZIP code then the pump wouldn't work. I went into the store and the attendant asked for my card. I said no so he asked for cash. I went out pumped and pumped $25 of gas and got the remainder of the cash back from fifty. When I returned to the car I noticed that the pump had a new charge on it for $126. We stayed in one in Jacksonville, NC. Their hotel had a nasty odor to it. This hotel accepts pets, however, they never explained the pet policy to us. We came back one night, around 9 pm, and we were told to find other accommodations. Funny, that morning we called to extended reservations and they didn't say a thing. They claimed our dogs were barking all day and night. Their staff was very unprofessional and their manager hid behind her staff, leaving before we had a change to talk to her.
