I purchased a phone set at your Shawnee store. Set doesn't work well so I attempted to return it to KCK Walmart. Despite having a receipt, the Walmart in Kansas City, Ks would not accept return because a clearance item and not in their computer. I saw an advertisement on computer to bid free on items. Then they told me to enter my credit card number so I could join the club. I assumed it was free. After entering it, it said the charge was $150. I immediately closed the window. Now they are charging my credit card without permission. They replaced a capacitor and relay and charged my 87 yo mother $681 and then tried to sell her a new unit to boot. Stay away from these guys! Use a company that charges time and materials. On Sunday August 8th, my AC stopped working. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called A#1 Air to have them look at it. We were told that our compressor was seized & needed to be replaced. Recommends tests that I feel are not needed. Waived copayment for at least one patient (highly against law), staff VERY rude, answers personal phone calls during office visit.
