Northeastern Auto LLC lead me to believed that I was purchasing a 4x4 with a Dodge Dakota truck, when in fact it was a 4X2. A few minutes after making a deposit of $500 Dollars, my insurance agent from State Farm, called me to tell me that the truck was a 4X2. I called right away and cancelled the buy. Later i will find out that the deposit is not refundable. Their saleman, Rich, told me that instead of the Ford Ranger, I should consider the Dakota (newer, lesss miles). I hired Mr. Natt Hall (owner of Nashville Autotune) to fix the transmission on my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mr. Hall had my car in his possession for approximately 1 month, charged me over $600 and my car ran (not properly, but ran) for three days. I bought a new 08 Ultra Classic in 25 months I have gone thru 5 sets of head sets. After the 2 year factory warrenty is over they want a $50.00 copayment. Any money I use for headsets will not go to H.D. These cheep ($189.00) headsets are crap. H.D. is trying real hard to get me out of there store. I was in this restuarnt this morning for breakfast at approx. 8am. After placing my order I sat down at a dirty table and noticed all of them were dirty, the serving counters had food and beverage stains all over them, the trash collection area was cluttered with old food and the inside area was buzzing with flies. They asked me to pay a sum of $5, 900 prior to receiving any classes, and wanted my credit card info over the phone so that they could charge their standard procedure fee - a $100 deposit. I was on a Sears website and purchased a Table from Sears.com. After my credit card had been credited, Sears informed me that I had bought the table from Cymax. The table arrived timely, but the marbletopwas mared. I sent both cymax and Sears a picture of the problem. Cymax would not acknowledge receipt of the picture. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their service Technicians are polite but have no knowledge of their jobs. The company never ever keeps an appointment. They always call and cancel during the time your tech should be at your home giving you service. I have had appointments from 8-12 (mornings) and they always call between 10:30 and 11:30 am and give a reason why they must reschedule your appointment. We had purchased a machine a through a typical $1 buy out lease. The financing company was De Lage Landen. When I hit 48 payments they kept sending me payment due notices. I signed up for a trial version of this companies software on 8/20 as it was the only way to see how it worked. I looked at it for 1 day and then forgot about it. On 9/20 they billed my card for almost $400. They have made multiple and continuing errors in filing my billing claims (I am a psychologist). Some claims are paid, many are not. When I call to try and straighten out problems, my call is sent to a foreign call center (various countries), with resulting difficulties in mutual language comprehension plus the foreign service reps are not able to take any questions that aren't on their "menu". I don't think it should be legal for a healthcare insurance company to use a foreign call center because of the complex nature of questions to be understand and addressed. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2003 in 2008 with 30, 000 miles on it. I am faithful to routine maintenace on it, but also because of my warrenty coverage. I purchased iolo System Mechanic 9.5 to replace Norton System Works 2008, after reading many reviews (apparently old reviews). Norton products quality has steadily gone down since Mr. Norton sold the company in 2004. Iolo System Mechanic 9.5 installed on 2 of my 3 computers fine running Microsoft Windows XP.
