Note to Buyer's: I have purchased windows from this company. I paid a small fortune for my products. They imported my windows and door from Germany. They now are making their own products. I did a little research and found out, they are using the same tests as they did when they imported. With a little cut and pasting, they were able to pull this off. This company lures customers into purchasing magazines for cheap prices online. They don't make it clear that these magazines will automatically renew and they will automatically charge substantially larger amounts of money to your credit card bills. It is next to impossible to get them to stop renewing these magazines and taking the liberty to automatically put charges on credit cards. I get so annoyed with qualityhealth.com They email offers free samples of various items. You click to go to the site and fill in endless questionaires and then NEVER get to a point where you actually see the offer that brought you there in the first place. All questions that you answer are geared towards pinpointing the advertising that's pertinent to your demographic. Worst company ever!! The whole company is unorganized, they will hire you as a temp. and tell you after 90 days you'll be full time. I had ice storm damage to my home in feb. 2010. My insurance company inspected the damage and issued a check, which i had to forward to chase. I booked accommodation at the Grateful Guest House in Bloemfontein via the internet using a company called Rooms for Africa. Upon arrival we found that the accommodation was really sub-standard and nothing like what is mentioned on the Rooms for Africa website. City power cut my electricity without any notice. Post office delayed my account and although this is not an excuse, not all of us have time chasing up on accounts. I didn't go into detail about the letter because it has been described in detail previously. I just got the very same one today and it is 9/13/2010. I wish it were true.
