I had my loan modified about 5 months ago. Yet I still am listed in foreclosure. And eveytime I call they say there working on repairing the error. Keep making your payments. I recieved default letters, certified and regular all the time. They are dragging there feet to modify my loan papers and send me a new one with the new payment schedule. This place is rediculous. They took my money and then canceled class immediately. When I asked for a refund they said they had a no-refund policy, but also would not tell me when class would start. Pick up was good and timely, except for the fact that they charged twice what was quoted. On delivery they "lost" over 200 items, including a computer, a bicycle, a scanner, a breadmaker, tools, all my power tools, etc, etc.. All easily resalable on the black market. Took a brand new suit in for pressing only. When I picked it up, the lapel was pressed incorrectly covering the top button making it impossible to button without the suit buckling up. Started using Frontline Plus 6/12/10. The label states that it kills fleas, flea eggs, and flea larvae for up to 6 weeks. On August 28th 2010 my car rearended a car in front of it while being on the car wash conveyor (at Terrible Herbst Car Wash in Henderson @ Sunset and Annie Oakley) due to the car wash employees not watching the process closely and perhaps not pressing the stop button (or the such) when it was required.
