Hardees also has comment cards on each table, to ask honest questions about the service and foods. I reported the phone stolen to Verizon and was told I would not be responsible for any charges that the thief accrued. The bill arrived with $600 in charges for ring tones that were downloaded the night before the phone was reported stolen. Verizon's customer service manager said I was still responsible for the charges. Now that's what I call customer service! I financed a 2007 PT Cruiser from Budget Auto Sales and along with that they convinced me to purchase an extended warranty which was an additional $2500. Long story short; after 3 years of ownership I traded the car in and took the necessary steps of canceling the gap insurance policy and the auto warranty. He then made up a company himself and attempted to license my product without telling me it was his company wanting it. I am glad I figured it out before it was too late. I wonder who else he has done this to. I should have known he was a scam when he tried to give me references from years ago. Why doesn't he have any recently satisfied clients?

We purchased a water softening system for our home and financed it through Aqua Finance, Inc. We hadn't asked, which was stupid, how much the finance charges would be and when we got the first bill and saw how high it was, we immediately decided to pay it off. I was wrongly charged for items that I did not purchase. I had purchased four items and returned two and was charged for the items i returned. I called the customer service department at their corporate office and was disappointed that they were able to pull up the receipt for something i was wrongly charged for yet they were unable to tell me what items they were. I wish I had read the posts last week as I feel I have been scammed by them as well. They provide a Las Vegas address to make it seem like they are in the states but they are not. I tried to cancel the "free trial" within their time limits and the cancel page had an error, I called and spoke with someone who said that they had sent me information which I never received and therefore I had to pay their almost $60 fee, didn't see that coming. I rec'd a phone call today stating that I had a delinquent acct with a Advance Cash USA and that I was needing to make arrangements to pay it in full. They faxed me paperwork to authorize but when I started questioning Lei Johnson about why it doesnt have the Company that I supposedly owe he couldnt tell me.
