during April of 09 I bought 4 tires at the store in the Festival of Bel Air. The price was right and the service quick. 14 months later and only 4, 000 miles driven on these tires I wanted to change my front brakes by myself. Something I had done many times. I couldn't get the lug nuts off. I had all types of professional tools and even had a 2 foot pipe on the breaker bar. They are suppose to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and these are way beyond that. I have purchased a Sonoma - Galaxy model reclining leather (so called) sofa and couch along with an extended 5 year warranty (rip off). Purchased a cargo mat for Chrysler mini-van on 05/07/2010. Today is 06/09/2010 and I have not received anything from these people other than the initial 'your payment has been approved' message. Our expirience with this company has been such, the company advertises weather proof out door HD TV and remote control on their web site and when you talk to them on the phone. They post on their website a phone number and also live chat that never works and good luck on getting a phone call back. Went into the office with a cavity. The dentist drilled for a while and then said she couldn't fill the tooth it had to have a root canal. No choice sitting in the chair with a drilled out tooth. they don't put on crowns there, they use an "onlay" which looked awful. 4 visits and the cost was over $2, 000.
