We had water damage due to our frig leaking. The repair guy showed up quickly and proceeded to saw out out hardwood floor, tear out all the trim before even stating what the extent of the damage was. Received a sofa on 5/24/2010 that was ordered as part of a warranty claim exchange from December 2009. It was supposed to be brand new. Upon delivery, delivery person explained it was not delivered in wrapping because they wanted to inspect it first. All seemed ok at first. Many times the vehicles have to be returned for work either caused by what I thought to be their incompetence in missing or breaking something. I joined Stamps.com in 2009. At first I was paying $17 + each month and didn't use the service that much, so called to cancel membership, they then talked me into a $10 per month membership. I purchased an Air Card March 3rd, 2010. The Air Card stopped working March 17th, 2010. I wasn't able to get a refund because I didn't have the box. I couldn't exchange it because the Verizon reps at the Mall did not believe that the card was a problem.
