I recently purchased a Royal Blue Brine lacrosse head through a vendor. The head broke due to an air bubble in the cast, a typical manufacture defect. Cozy Winters by email and was called told to check with the manufacturer which had very good warrantee service and I did. After three attempts with the manufacturer to get a satisfactory product I gave up and called Cozy Winters to ask for a refund since the manufacturer told me I would have to get a refund from them. This company is the pits. They do not return the security deposit or inform the tenant of why they are keeping it within the 14 days required by law. Then they not only keep the deposit but also add more charges. When you try and query it they don't pick up the phone, return calls or reply to emails. When eventually you do speak to someone they have such an arrogant manner and their reply is to 'sue us but we are still taking you to collections for the $60 we think you should pay over and above keeping your security deposit'. Went through drive thru ordered Medium Iced Cap. Immediately after I left it began to separate. I stirred it tasted it & it was a little sour and very strong on the coffee. I tried tasting it hoping it would taste different as I continued to stir and it continued to separate. Within 10 minutes it was totally separated and very dark.
