I hired The Grout Medic of Mckinney, TX to replace some loose tiles in my bathtub that were about to fall off due to water getting behind the tiles. I called The Grout Medic and spoke to the franchise owner, Allen Butz. He came out and told me that the bottom two rows needed to be replaced. The tiles were so loose that he said his installer could probably remove the tiles without breaking them. I could then clean the adhesive off the backsides and they could reuse these tiles. I purchased from Menards a mastercraft door. I since, learned that Mastercraft is owned by Menards. Door was installed in December 2009. Just bought the DVD player last night, drove 45min home, set it up and it will not play anything. I called their support and they want me to buy a lense cleaner. Why doesn't a DVD player work out of the box? I've installed for friends, family, myself which is approx. 20 units. I've NEVER had to get a lense cleaner on a NEW system. Never purchase from this website. Guy Minthorne offers a one year warranty but does not honor it. I purchase a DonkeyKong cabinet and within 6 months the monitor failed. Being new to the area, I needed car repairs but had nowhere trustworthy to go. My front end was squeaking when I made tight right turns, especially when the car had been sitting for some hours and was not warmed up.
