Paid $1600 for a paint job, to include body prep (fiber glass, no rust) sanding & buffing after the paint job. The buffing was terrible, had to return car to have all excess buffing compound removed. Car has numerous areas of orange peel, dirt & fish eyes in the paint. According to their mgr. My Home Mortgage was just sold to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP this company has no direct website, No Customer service department. Everything is Automated by computer and when called the only real option is to either make a payment or schedule a payment. This is not the way to do business especially when dealing with someones Mortgage. This company need to be more available, People need to speak to people, not computer. Beacon Debt Solutions settled an acount for me in September of 2009. When it came time to pay the account off some 5 months later, I found out that Beacon had defaulted on the payment arrangements with the creditor. My husband ordered the service and they never informed him that we were signing up for an 18-24 month commitment and told him we could cancel anytime. I bought a ceramcor xtrema frying pan from Mercola.com last July. Last month I was putting it in the sink and it broke into three pieces. This does not work for me. It cost $149 and for that much money it has to stand up to daily use. Mercola.com refused me a refund. It is not warranteed for breakage unless it has something to do with extreme heat or cold. We left our beautiful camper on consignment with these folks. We had, thoroughly, cleaned our camper as we always do when we get back from a trip. We were told they would take good care of it and keep it inside. We, eventually, decided to take our camper out of there for various reasons. When we picked it up, our wet/bath was, absolutely, filthy. Someone had used our toilet and it was disgusting. No wonder we didn't get any offers! I ordered a couple of table lamps with 'Very' and received email confirmation of my order which was correct. A week later I was notified by phone that not only the delivery will be delayed by a month but that I will receive two pendants rather thantable lamps - after calling them back and wasting some £5 in telephone charges with their customer service they suggested canceling the order and promised to return delivery fees that were already charged at that point. Men's USA is a ripoff company. I purchased a size 42-R suit from this company for $149 plus shipping. When it came, the trousers fit fine, but the 42-R jacket was way big, at least two sizes, probably a 44-R minimum. I called, and was told "No problem, send it back". Like a fool, I sent it back. What can be done about a flood determination error? When I bought the house I was told by the surveyors that the house was in zone B. Now five years later Wells Fargo says Im in zone A and the lowest insurance available to me is $4000 a year. Yes $4000 a year. They keep calling me and my family trying to get addresses and phone numbers for the people in our family. We have asked them over and over to stop calling.. They gave me the run around when I FINALLY was able to reach the main office. They actually asked me for her address so they could ask her if she wanted them to have it... I was very successful in getting a home from VIP Options. I had a little wait on line wth customer service but once I got through everything was fine. They walked me through the site. Which is very user friendly. I found plenty of properties with ease. I have had 4 walk thrus and am expected to move into a Fontana home this coming weekend. I purchased Laminate flooring, Tarkett EZ Plank, worse purchase I, ve ever made, the flooring was cheap . You had to be careful when interlocking the pieces, they were like cardboard and would break off on the end pieces. Bought two drawer units from Natuzzi. They took forever to arrive. My son went to pick up the items as they weren't too large. When I opened them at home both the drawer fronts were damaged as was one drawer carcass. I phoned Natuzzi and was told that they had been checked before the left the store. My son confirmed that the furniture was not opened in front of him in the store. They are refusing to replace them as they say they were not damaged when they left the store. The diamond fell out of the beautiful promise ring my boyfriend got me in May! :( It's not everyday that you get a lovely ring from a loyal significant other, and I was just heartbroken to see it ruined. He works at a very hard and laborious job, and I know he worked overtime to pay for that ring. I think that Kay Jewelers should definitely have better quality pieces than this, for the amount they charge. Their site would not allow me to request a refund within the period required. The only way I found to request a refund was by submitting a "help desk form". However, the form is never responded too nor do I believe it goes anywhere unless the refund period is over. At least that is what happend to me. The contact us on their website does not go anywhere or provide any contact information. It appears to be set up to guarantee that you cannot request a refund and that you will have no proof for your credit card company that you tried to request a refund in the available time. We had a new garage door (with windows) installed several months ago. Installation we smooth and door works fine. We did notice that one of the inside window frames was scored and asked for a replacement. Two months into that request, we are getting the runaround. All appointments have been postponed for various reasons (warehouse not open, manufacturer has not sent the part, etc, ...) While my wife has handled all the interface, I got on the phone once to express my displeasure at the situation. All I got was a postponing of the next appointment! Boarded plane in Milwaukee, was told one stop - no plane change. Stopped in Memphis. Never told of plane change and gate change. Plane left two of us stranded and would do nothing to help us.
