I have been trying to get a refi with BOA (my current lender) since Dec. I have never been late in 9 years, have excellent credit, high income and about 200, 000 in equity. I have been asked for pay stubs, 401k statements, a copy of my social security card. Also, signed a paper to allow the Dept. of S.S to verify my number ( how long will that take). This is regarding my experience with lack of professionalism, customer service and the possibility for a contaminated sample. Upon walking in, there was no one in the waiting room in front of me. I took my Jeep in for basic routine maintenance (oil change/alignment/rotate & balance). When they went to bring me my vehicle back, the guy called me outside and said it wouldn't go into park. This company offers a free trial, then bills you for the 'free trial' which is free for three weeks according to the small print. To make matters worse, they bill you with a different name each month until you catch on after several phone calls to a young man who seems to know nothing except "all I can do is cancel your account." I have found that ACS recorded the amount of the payment I made in December of 2009 for less than the amount I actually paid. I have had similar problems with this company. On Feb. 18th I order the product. I was charged $3.97 that day. Waiting for the product to arrive 1 week went by I knew I only ten days. I purchased a warranty less than a year ago for the Nissan Quest I had bought. When a vehicle has more than 90, 000 miles on it, a warranty is a good idea. Recently, the timing belt broke and caused engine damage. I did not worry because I felt I was covered by the power train warranty. I trusted the salesman and the dealership that sold me the car. They put in a one way street on both sides on the cathlic church in the 707 block of Travis one is an alley and the other is Eagel St. These streets are only one Block long ! Petco claims that when enrolled in their P.A.L.S. program, if you purchase 10 bags of dog food, they will send a coupon for a free bag. After purchasing 10 bags of dog food, staying with the same size and brand I received nothing. When I contacted their customer service department, the gentleman was very nice and told me that he would have another coupon sent. At that time he told me that there was another coupon that I was eligible for and that he would send that also. I received the lesser value coupon but not the coupon for a free bag of dog food.
