We were scheduled to stop in Grand Cayman Mar 4, 2010, but sailed by it when the captain announced that due to weather the port was closed and that they were unable to tender us in. I hired this attorney in May of 2009, at that time he had a BBB rating A. Today it is an F and for good reason. I was told when I hired them for a mortgage modification that it would take up to 90 days with an interest rate of 2.5%. It is now March 2010! and still my modification is not done. I took a chance in ordering Rhaposdy, with a free trial. I cancelled before free trial subscription was up. I received an email confirming the cancel (good thing I saved). I saw charges for 15.93 on my account. I called the toll free number and was told that when you are signing up for Rhaposdy you are automatically signing up for something called a super pass. Linders does not live up to their agreements. As part of a Linders company promotion I was told that I would receive a grocery voucer of $25 per month totaling $500 for purchasing a $1, 600 entertainment center.
