Offer free sample. Charge you $3.90 to ship sample but it's never received. Then 14 days later you're charged $88.17 for more product which doesn't get shipped. Beware of this company. I ordered the free trial a month and a half ago for the shipping and handling cost. Now, on the 26 of feb, I looked at my bank statement and they took another $160.00 in charges for a purchase I never ordered. This happended with the pure berry also. They gave me a free trial and then two weeks later charged me for $150.00 for a anual membership fee stating that it was in the terms of agreement. We contracted with The Freight Center to deliver an antique table from Arizona to Texas. They brokered the job to Central Freigh out of Texas. THe table was picked up at a UPS store in Phoenix (commercial location). After the delivery we were billed for a residential pick up. This company is an absolute joke. They claim they will broadcast your email to over 3.5 million opt-in recipients daily. After they take their fees, this company becomes a ghostly shell. Your original contact will disappear. It is impossible to discuss your case except with the account manager. I rented a car @ Vancouver airport and no agent was available to review the car for damages before I left with it. When I returned it on November 23, 2009, 3 agents went over it and one agent found a small acratch UNDER the rear bumper that no one else could even find. Later I received a letter charging me $175.20 for damages. I left 3 phone messages with the office that were not returned. The only communication was threatening collection letters. When I bought a set of what I thought were budget glasses from HSN, a product by Joy Mangano's Ingenious Designs, all I got was a lot of broken promises. HSN promise to resolve the problem by sending another pair but this has turned out to be a lie time and time again. As far as Ingenious designs from HSN who in partnership with them can't contact the how do they expect I can. David Yavitz- Did an initial consultation with me over the phone and took 3 calls while while speaking with me. It did not seem as though he listened to the details. He neglected to assess andresearch details of prior court orders and pursued actions that were detrimental to my case. He then blamed me for not being clear about the implications of the court order and yet this is what I hired him for. I thought he would pull the court documents and review them on my behalf before moving forward. In the end it was an expensive waste of money. It seems to me his hubris cost me about $15k. It appears as if they do not care or either got too busy for me. You find the bike you like. They spot deliver it to you after you sign a contract for 3.99%. Very happy at that point. They call you and say you're approved but need to come in and sign another contract. Fleurent Fuel Co. in Southern Maine is a dishonest and immoral company. When we bought our first house, we hired them to deliver our heating oil, and signed up for a keep fill option so we would not run out. Our first fill was on December second 2009. When I checked my oil level on January twenty-eight, I could measure my oil level in millimeters.
