We used the atm to withdraw $500 from one chase account and deposited the cash in the checking account. The receipt we received did not have an amount printed my husband concerned called the bank, the bank rep said they would deposit the amount into the account and do research in the matter. A month later the money was taken out of our account because the bank claims to not have receieved the deposit. We sold a vehicle in 2004 and surrendered our plates to DMV and had a bill of sale. The new owner failed to register the vehicle and it was towed. I bought a Magic Jack which I never used from their infomercial and it quoted a 12..oo dollar charge and for 19.00 more you could extend it fo an extra year. I opened my AMEX bill and was charged $70.00. I called the phone number for customer service and no one answered after 1/2 hour. So I went to there we site and chatted with 2 different people. They both said they didn't get that email? I told them the AD was on TV they were both rude and also mentioned after 30 days there was nothing I could do. LG front-loading washers are very attractive and they work very well when they aren't broken. However, once you get a code that indicates your machine requires service, your nightmare begins. I have paid $165 to KSA Doctor to write KSA for me. They charged to my credit card but never give me a copy of my KSA neither submit the job. Which mean I pay them for not having a service and received the product that I have purchased. DO NOT hire them to write your KSA they never write KSA for you but still charge to your credit card with large amount of fees. They never refund my money back to my credit card. A long series of problems resulted from my purchase of an HP laptop. First to go was the battery, almost immediately. This is not unique to my computer. I have several friends with HP laptops and they all last between 1 and 3 minutes running off the battery with the cord unplugged, so rather I guess I have a lightweight desktop, since it is no longer portable. I recently rented a car from AVIS at the Orlando Airport. The car was reviewed when I returned it on Feb 1, 2010 and I received a 'receipt of return'. The employee stated the car was fine and I didn't need anything else. I just received a letter 2 days ago dated Feb 19, almost 3 weeks after the car was returned stating there was excessive soilage damage in the car and they are going to charge my credit card $250. This company is trying to collect $604.95 for another fraudulent company, Regional yellow pages online(RYPO). RYPO called me in July-Sept. 2009(I don't remember when) telling me they have received my cancellation letter and that I have a balance due of $495.
