The owner/mechanic has charged for work he did not perform on my vehicle. He claimed to have changed my oil, topped off fluids, lubricated doors, checked brakes, and added cleaner for fuel tank. He has not performed this work but has charged me for it and my car has not had any cooler added nor is the oil clean. He refunded $1000 of the $1400 he charged when I learned that some parts were not changed as he alleged. He never discussed with me the work he would do and he did not give me parts back. I received a phone call last Tuesday at work from an Officer Shane Watson. He stated that he was an officer representing my bank and the bank was in the process of filing bank fraud charges against me as well as money laundering, money crossing state lines and altogether I would have over 30 felony charges. I received a letter from Southwest Credit saying I owe the Tollway Authority $187. I never got a bill in the mail from North Texas Tollway. When I called NTTA, the woman on the phone said they sent out 2 letter to inform me, however I never got any letter. They added on all these fees then sent the letter straight to collections.
