We just rented this place from Jan 20-26, 2010, and we feel their property description is misleading regarding several features. First, the master bedroom w/king does not have an energy efficient window and needs a bigger heater vent because the room temp remained slightly chilly even with thermostat set at 78! I purchased a puppy from Brooke Sanders in August of 2009. This puppy was from her female Misha and Silvermine Kennels male Adam. My puppy Hudson had bloody and loose stools, he had to go to the vet and was diagnosed with Giarrdia which had to be treated. I had to go inside to order lunch while breakfast was still being serving. Place smelled like perfumed Indian [Native American] spunk! Food tasted the same or worse. I can still smell it at the end of the day and I've washed my clothes and taken a bath. They charged my CC for $69.90 and I complained and wrote a letter. This was in July of 2009. If you have Suburban Propane now for you LP Gas, "RUN, RUN, RUN" as fast as you can. We have had dealings with them in New York ever since they bought out a local dealer (32 years) and Florida ( for 3 years) and they are just the same in one state as the other. He said he worked for "VISA/MASTERCARD" and that the company noticed that I was making timely payments and asked if I wanted lower rates. On February 12th I went thru the drive thru in Spencer at the Hardees. I took my meal home which was a Monster burger and curly fries and a dr. pepper medium sized.
