Unprofessional, unprepared, over sold and under delivered only begins to sum up our experience with DMR. We had simple requests when signing the contract, caller ID, AA, VM, call reporting and customer service. They failed to deliver on all of these requirements. On top of that they have unreliable service! The T1 circuit would be down for the majority of the day for the first 3 weeks after install forcing us to sit and twiddle our thumbs while they worked on the circuit again. On January 4, 2010, while viewing my online banking statement, I noticed a charge for 19.95 from PASSPRT2FUN. I also had been scammed by a company called SAVEACE 5 days prior. I had never even heard of either company. I contacted my bank, Citizen's bank and told them of these unauthorized charges. I had to fill out an affidavit in order for my money to be credited back into my account. We have used Peachtree for about 5 years. We stated out with the usual 90 FREE technical support, but getting a tech support person was IMPOSSIBLE!! They will not, under any circumstances, provide business owner/customer with any detail regarding any of the items that are provided. Pay-Ease is refusing to pay for services rendered on their bill-pay kiosks. Their were circumstances regarding damage to the kiosk, during a shipping process. They made us aware of the issue and we asked for damage estimates, so a claim can be filed. We never received a damage report to file this claim and after several months, turned over their account to a collection agency. My wife and I purchased a new Whirlpool washer and dryer at Best buy and paid for an extended service policy for three years. We were told that the set we purchased was the last set and that the dryer was an electric dryer. We needed to have a gas dryer. This agency had me sign up for health insurance and when I did the rep who is an out right liar, said she needed a bank account number just to put in the policy and that they wouldnt touch it. Now today shes telling me that they are going to draft my account that I gave them that I use for emergencys only.
