It has recently come to my attention that Comcast is billing us for periods of time which service was interrrupted for late payments. They are disconnecting our services yet still billing us for services during those times. I've been very disappointed with the lack of robust design on my 42" ZTR mower. Twice in a 3 year period the idler pulley for the deck drive has worn on it's pivot pin causing the belt to jump off the pulleys. I gave up on their design and put in an added support for it but shouldn't have to on a mower at his price point. I now have an issue where the right hand drive has no power and is causing a driving issue. Just shouldn't happen. It gets annual maintenance, is low hours and has an easy ride. Has anyone ever gone the the BGH and waited 8 hours to be seen? How about waited A hour just to tell the front desk why your there? I just got a charge of $59.99 from PEI*COACH NETWORK --- called them up and they told me they were connected with RealtyTrac and I signed up for their service through RealtyTrac!!! I sent my diplomas and transcripts to have them evaluated with a return envelope. When I had received my envelope it had the translations but the diplomas and transcripts were not in the envelope. the copy did replace my diploma and transcripts and it toke a year with my husband and myself having to do all the foot work, calling and arranging shipments. The company did repay us for the receipts turned in, but not for all the time and work getting these documents from the colleges in the Ukraine and Russia. I received 8.9 gallons of propane per the meter and I was chardged for 10.0 gallons of propane. One of two 5-gallon propane tanks was completly empty which only received 4.5 gallons and the second 5-gallon tank took 4.4 gallons of propane. The attached receipt shows a total of 10.0 gallons of propane received. This has happened several times. My complaint goes without consideration by management. The terms of their agreement state that you must cancel your free trial period 10 days from the day you order. I ordered late on the 10th and cancelled early on the 20th and was told that my trial period ended the day before because the 10th counted as day 1 of my trial. I argued that 1 day from the 10th is the 11th, and 10 days from the 10th is the 20th. They would only repeat that my order date counted as day1 and I was charged roughly $150 and was not given the code needed to return the product. Why I'll never buy anything from Sears again: the door to my stand alone freezer collects moisture in the winter and the repair service agreed to fix it. This company lost two of my pants and refuses to compensate me unless I can bring in the original purchase receipt. Now, I ask you, how many people keep their purchase receipt for extended periods for every item of clothing? They also don't don't change their cleaning fluid regularly.
